Fix Matchmaking!

We have been having the same problem for so long now, to such an extent I tried to make a new account to see if it would make it easier for them as they are brand new to the game. I even made sure I didnt kill any one or anything, I currently have a total of 6 kills more than deaths, and im level 6.. my friend is level 11 with a total of 1 kill and 25 deaths, and for two consecutive games not only did we face off against teams of full apex predators, but the champions (who did not even eliminate us) were also master/apex predator rank.. please explain how this has happened when we have 0 wins between us and a total of 17 kills.. I have video evidence if you guys don't believe me but it was recorded on my mobile in poor quality. The point still stands, the SBMM is so poorly coded in this game that new players who are literally 1 kill to 25 deaths, are faced against teams packed with predators with 20 kill badges and 4k damage badges.. shes been playing for a day and is already questioning whether to return as being stomped in every gunfight is unbelievably unfair.

P.S Even on my main account, I am only level 240 and can barely scrape platinum rank in ranked, I've never had 3k damage let alone 4, and never had a 20 kill game or come close to it (my highest being 13) so why I'm being placed in full predator lobbies every single game is beyond me, especially with crossplay, there should be a larger more varied player base.. not a server filled with 1000 players where half the lobby are apex predators.
