I disagree with this post as well, I dislike the dropship, even in pubs. Though I understand why some people want it there.

Not having a dropship can be better for solo players, since you never know if you can rely on your teammates not to grief your game.

I’d actually prefer if there were no dropship at all, just spawn directly on the ground and start playing. There are too many unnecessary steps that slow down just getting into the game and start playing.
