Fix The Rank Matchmaker

@llAnxiety2Kll Yeah, the matchmaking seems to love throwing you into a match with two new or bot teammates, meanwhile the enemy teams are either smurfing, cheating, boosting, being boosted, or teaming with 2 or more squads. I'm seeing a lot of 6 player squads in PC lobbies, and I know on console, its a lot worse as its 9-12 player squads.

Also not to mention that a lot of the teamers are also using cheats. Instead if dealing with two or more teams of different skills, you deal with 6-12 wall hackers with aimbot and other cheats. Not fun at all.

I was just playing a few moments ago on very little sleep, yet somehow I have more game awareness than my two randoms, and in turn I'm staying alive longer than both of them combined. I may not have gotten very much kills or damage, however staying alive is part of the game and there's not much I can do even if I did sleep.

Most of the randoms play like they're just bots, causing the team to lose more matches as there's not much I can do about two teammates playing like they just downloaded Apex. There's also been several times where I thought to myself, "hey, if I keep on following this random to the fight, we're going to die" and, "if I go for the revive/banner, I'm going to get killed", yet I go along with it anyways and to no one's surprise, I get killed because I was following the bot-like randoms like cattle. Now whenever I feel like doing something is a bad idea, I instantly change plans and I've been staying alive a lot longer, rather than dying a pointless death.

Every match feels like its me with two bots, (or new players), and the enemy teams are plat and up players, many with cheats, some who are smurfing, some who are being boosted, and those who team.

I miss the amount of fun I had back in S0 when everyone was too new to the game to even cheat, while exploiting, teaming, etc. wasn't anyone's priority. I wish we could go back to that.
