It sound to me what you really want is a super strict SBMM? You are a far, faaaar above average player and you want better teammates which ofc also had to mean far faar better opponents = strict SBMM. This was the case around Christmas and it was TERRIBLE. Casual was exactly like diamond/pred ranked =)
I gave 2.7 k/d and I agree that when you jump into casual games as a solo, you are the best player in the squad 9/10 times and the 10th game you actually also get a good player in your squad, you most likely will win that match =) But I must say, and Im being 100% honest now, that the average opponent also is below my skill level. I very seldom lose a 1v1 etc.
So this leads me to believe that the SBMM is actually almost removed but instead tries to create "fair" teams among the players in the lobby, pairing high skill players together with two average or below average players or something....+
