Fix Your Anti-Cheat or MMR Match Cheaters Together

  • I've played over a hundred solo games by now.
  • At least 90% of the spectate/death cams I manage to report someone, even making sure I wasn't salty and I try to stick around and see if they're staring through walls or aimlocking with a sensitivity that makes no sense.
  • This has been getting worse since launch.
  • I've yet to win a single one, always getting lasered down by someone with poor footwork not missing a shot doing spin to win trickshots.

Clearly whatever current anti-cheat systems you have in place have utterly failed. Give up and start using an mmr system and hardcap people out of matches they're assured to not win due to sketchy stats. Whatever hellban system you have in place is either insufficient and not catching them or is misconfigured.

The current system is really pushing my buttons, as I feel like I'm the only one NOT cheating. I haven't put a dime into this game and I keep uninstalling it because clearly nothing is being done about almost all of my matches being ruined by a hacker/cheater.

    @Death_By_Ring Right there with you with the frustration. The community at large is focused on the Iron Crown hooplah, but this cheating situation is what currently grinds my gears with Apex.

    I have ran into this as well, and yes, it needs to be addressed.  I'm by no means a pro at shooter games and I've managed plenty of top 5 finishes and even one win. There is definitely some hacking going on, but I doubt youve ran into a match 95% full of hackers everytime that prevents you from a win. Seems a little far fetched.

    I was in ranked and ran into a aimbot or at least I'm pretty sure they were. I'm in plat 3 and I looked them up, level 30 plat 3 548RP. 

    We were the last team and we knew where they were. Next thing I know both of my team mates get shot by a kraber. Then he continues to hit nearly every shot with it. Could they have been legit? Sure but getting that high of a rank that quick if you're not smurfing is very unlikely

    I keep getting shot through solid objects and it's quite annoying. One game I was out of sight in the final 5, and a Pathfinder started hitting my back. Plot twist - There was a wall all around me and the ring, aka wall hacking
