I have 200 hours, haven't played in almost year but i came back, after the first easy lobbies i got put into lobbies with mastyers, 20bombs, 4k and 500+ lvls, i am lvl 240 and most iv'e done is 14kill match and 3k damage

Time played and levels earned are not a reflection of skill. It is a reflection of how much you play and that is all really.
14 Kills and 3K damage can be a reflection of skill and if you are consistently getting on average 8+ kills and 1.5-2K+ damage a game then yes I think you are being placed in the correct lobbies you describe.
Sure if i did, but if i did that then i wouldn't be complaining. I play like once every to days and i have like three hours sessions, i am lucky if i get a 5+ kill during a session.
