Can you please fix your servers? Can't connect to lobby and when I finally playing the game lagging as hell... I spent a lot of money and time in your game... And that's the big gratitude.. New skins...

What point are you trying to make? Servers, heirlooms, recolours what exactly are you talking about? xD
"No heirloom after playing 3 season" That doesn't even deserve to be dignified with a response. :/
Dude just follow troubleshooting steps, and if that doesn't work let @EA_Aljo know so they can process your report.
- @CompleatBeet i have and it doesnt work lol I had to buy a literal pc to play the game with no issues. but sure if you wanna believe its your connection then sure I had perfect connection and fantastic download and upload speeds and still couldn't run apex without getting kicked lagging and the game not registering, ea is such a terrible company when it comes to helping the community.
- @CompleatBeet Thaanks dear. You just solved the problem. The troubleshooting it's like "have you tried turn it off and on?"
Go on the apex server status page and see how many people having issues with the servers..
And there are some peak when the whole system is just down.
