Feels like about half of my deaths is someone running up behind me with a peacekeeper and one-shotting me. I've been using positional audio for years, and this is not a hardware issue. It is not a 'git good' issue. And if you believe characters should not be able to near-silently run up behind you, you have no idea what good game design is. Perhaps it is a bug, and some of you can hear them fine, but I absolutely can not. Either the footsteps need to be louder when running/speed walking, or whatever bug that is present needs to be fixed.
