Forbidden area is broken

I just died because I landed unintentionally on a forbidden area and couldn't get out and died because of the timer. 

Then my teammate came to pick my banner and died the same way. 


ALSO often times when I get respawned the timer starts while jumping out the respawn jet and takes like 5 seconds out.
