Frustrations with Game Development and Lack of Communication

Now, the developers can't be serious: I got kicked out of the game because of a client error, and on top of that, I get a 10-minute ban from matchmaking? Is this for real? It's not enough that 90% of the servers are filled with cheaters, but they also further complicate things with such fatal errors. The whole experience deteriorates when we get punished due to the system's faults. Instead of fixing these issues and addressing the cheaters, they just throw more obstacles in our way.

Instead of providing a fair and enjoyable gaming environment, the developers seem to be drifting further away from this goal. The quality of the game is continuously declining, and players are becoming increasingly disillusioned. Such errors and injustices are completely unacceptable and severely damage the gaming experience.

Moreover, it would be nice if the developers, owners, or team members communicated with the community in some way and answered a few questions.
