Fuse: Potential Buffs to Improve Him

100% agree most of the changes you are asking for are more quality of life changes but i do like half damage to his tactical, i dont think he should be immune to that damage(i used to think he should but half damage is good) i remember a video of ragtagg where he was literally standing in fuse's ult fire and not getting damaged so the ult really needs to be less buggy
