Game Crash, No Rejoin Option

I havent read alot of this post... But im just gonna say it. i like Respawns Logic...

Apex players: "Hey this game crashes alot. can we get a rejoin button please"

Respawn/Ea: "Instead of that, we are just going to try and not have the crashes happen. infact we think we have nearly sorted all of them out"

Apex players: "Thats cool and all but im still crashing and a rejoin button would be very helpful atleast until you have figured out all your crashing errors"

Apex Players: "Yeah no we heard you the first time, but if you could implement it for a couple weeks or so....

There should really be a rejoin feature to join back into your game thst you were in after your game crashes. PUBG has it and it is so nice to have. My Apex crashes at least 2 to 3 times a day and it sucks I cannot rejoin my game I was playing before I crashed. It would be a nice quality of life feature, and if your player dies before you join back then it will tell you, you cant join back. Please implement this. If PUBG can have it, why can't Apex?

EA just wants to milk all the money out of Apex and trow it out in the trash...They wont fix crash issues... Game is out for more then 5 weeks now. Crash fix should have been on top of their to do list... Apex will die.. Just saying

Jay Frechette, Apex Legends community manager, in his post on Reditt, specifically said:

"We are currently not pursuing (reconnect) for a couple reasons

1. It opens a lot of risk for players to abuse it.

2. We believe the resources needed to build, test, and release it are better spent focused on fixing stability issues so that the feature isn’t necessary."

Of course his reason number 1, that people could abuse it... is ridiculous. No popular game with a PVP match reconnect feature removes the player from the world or makes them immune to game consequences because they disconnect, not LoL, not PUBG, not any game I'm aware of. If they disconnect. In LoL, they "mindlessly walk back to spawn", and in PUBG they just stand still, lacking any player input. In both cases, they can be killed, quite easily in fact. In neither case is disconnecting creating an abusable advantage.

However, reason number two is quite sane. If you get to choose between either:

a. fixing the bugs that cause 98% of crashes and disconnects, and

b. putting in a reconnect feature so people get to push the button to reconnect 5 times a day, which would you pick?

I'd take option-a every time.

Yea, I am really getting fed up with 25-30% of the games I play having a laggy start (but goes away after the first 10 squads die to lag spikes). If I dont get a laggy start, sometimes the game just crashes, often when I am in the last three. If you arent going to address the MASSIVE amount of crashing happening in this game currently ( i have crashed more times in one week than EVER playing other shooter multiplayer), then please PLEASE PLEASSSEEEEEEE add a reconnect feature!

I was just playing... Last two teams standing, I was heavily equipped and in good position to win. And what? Crash. No reconnect, no exp points, nothing. First crash today... Damn you Apex Devs! I'm pissed.

Yay! 10 minutes passed since my last entry here and what? Crashed again! So happy!
