New update, nothing tested again. More bugs, more broken weapons. My game will randomly freeze when loading into the game or map or something. I have no idea what causes it. My hardware is up to date my software is up to date. I run the game on low setting for the best possible performance. But no. New duos update and now I cant play without the game crashing. * ridiculous. Get EA to give you bigger budget, more staff and hire some * game testers instead of "the whole company plays the game". What does that do? None of you play games all day, you all have lives and work on actual *. Get some no life sweats to come in and test each legend theyre good at and play test about 500 games a week. You're too slow at fixing these issues. Im extremely mad about this *, its infuriating from a company like yourselves. You fixed a Mirage skin bug before fixing a major Bloodhound bug which nerfed his passive which has been around for a month and is only now getting fixed. Get this fixed within the next week. I can't support a game that doesn't even prioritise the gameplay over sales.

@WoahItsTea Been having the same issue for a week or two now. 1 out of 3 games in the pre-legend select screen, it just freezes and I'm forced to kill Apex with task manager and restart the game. It's absurd, and it's the only thing keeping me from grinding ranked atm.

@WoahItsTea ive learned that playing the game with older software drivers works better. it seems respawn cant make a game that stays up to date with current software, so you have to fish for the driver version that worked the best and set it to that until they figure out how to make a game properly

I do lots of testing for some games such as Everquest - WoW and much more. I believe we actually need a test server for those of us who are willing to test all the new changes to do so and report the bugs before being pushed live as we do it in mmo world. There is absolutely zero reason non tested patches are being pushed to live. This is how you get all the reports of errors you see on your forums today. I mean some of these errors are very very critical meaning they should never seen the light of the eyes of live player. For the money the game pulls in you can devote staff to the test server to ensure a smooth update is pushed.

Game Freezes every 2nd game in Squads and Freezes randomly during duos.

@E9ine_AC I agree, I get that EA are considered pretty bad for generally making games unplayable but I thought they would at least give Respawn some decent programmers, tech support and testers idk

Other players are making links to Nvidia drivers being the cause of most of the crashes. * stupid that I cant update a driver without the game breaking. No idea how that should even effect the game but hey maybe it does.

I got task manager opened every time I play apex now for the inevitable point when I crash. So dumb. No other game crashes on my PC. Red Dead 2 would probably last longer without a crash...

Game crashed at Skyhook early into the game. I was walking up some stairs. How very unique.

@WoahItsTea One thing I learned with some companies in gaming is limitations. They can only do what they are assigned to do despite being able to fix this or that. Most companies run it by sectors got a bug team exploit team dev team design team etc etc. So as can imagine with new patch just as other games that launched with massive errors this one also does the same which is completely normal. But they should open a test server to help divert a majority of the bugs and such.
