Game infection rate (actual!)

As per https://www.ea.com/games/apex-legends/apex-legends/news/showdown-anti-cheat-update Respawn states something that is called "infection rate" of games and for S25 it has been 6.1 and 7.6% accordingly.

As per usual terms used on the message are not defined, vague:

• does these figures mean % of players per game?
• of is it "at least one hacker" per game %
• or is it calculated like average e.g. 100 hackers play out of 1000 players per day = 10% infection rate?

Well I went and found out as this has been hardest P4-P1 grind IN MY LIFE since season 7!!!! (started ranked in season 8, made P3 instantly out of 6+ years of no gaming...now I have to sweat in P4 :D) -> 

So here you can see picture with all the games played during today's grind with explicit names of what happened, time recording take (GMT+2 timezone).

To sum up:

1. 12 out of 25 games with 100% at least one blunt hacker / hacker 3stack
2. 8 out of 25 games with possible hackers
   So already right here we have a rate of infection ~20/25 = 75%!!!!!!!! (maybe Respawn put comma in their data by accident :) )
3. Additional info - in NA I got 6 games out of which
   a) Top cheating 3stack was present in 4 of them no matter how fast I requeued for the games nor placement (10+, 5th, 3rd...) same champ squad
   b) loads of names were in the server again and again = clear indication for me that even in NA East when queuing from EMEA you don't get enough players while game data states 75K+ active users :D
   c) loads of Russian players playing EMEA and in most cases hacking...just saying

I don't know where the data from the link comes from but came back as S1, went through Silver lobbies with 5+ average kills, started seeing first blunt hackers already in Gold!, Plat is just crazy... I have never seen in all seasons since 8 when I started ranked that lobbies are so much infested...
My personal challenge is to persevere and go into D4-D3 if possible and see what will happen there = if in Plat I get 75% games with hackers...blunt hackers I can only imagine.

Respawn...I can only evaluate your ability to fight hackers as very very disappointing + what adds to the insult (experience in game) is your "fake marketing".
If you are interested in these recordings, let me know, will gladly send them, can't post here because I can't be bothered to blur out people names in game and if I don't do that -> post will be removed for naming and shaming :D (quite sure though that you will find a reason to remove it anyway)

p.s. Note - I started spectating most games quite late because I was playing to rank up = some more hackers might have been eliminated or I was not able to spectate them when placing high say top3.
