@SolitaryMassacreWe had this debate before friend, and by now I am very certain you are not really aware how rotational aimassist works when you really think it doesn’t have 0ms reactiontime.
Nah. You guys def don't know how it works if you think it has a "0ms reaction time" in the middle of fighting and moving. Sure, if the player is standing still and the enemy is moving it APPEARS to have a 0ms reaction time, but everything is completely different when you are fighting and shooting your gun with recoil and everything else thrown into the mix.

@SolitaryMassacreI’ll take the time to educate you, so you can stop spouting this incorrect information in the future. Rotational aim assist and aim slow down are separate parts of aim assist. Im sure you can imagine what aim slow down does but rotational aim assist LITERALLY does part of the aiming for you: when they change direction it adjusts and follows INSTANTLY (0ms reaction time) this gives the controller player enough time to react and continue tracking as if the person had never changed direction in the first place. That is why aim assist is broken. Now please shut up and stop spreading misinformation.
- 3 years ago@DJ_Stink_Bangers Again, find me time stamps in the video I shared with you where this "0ms reaction time" is happening. When you can show me the timestamps then maybe you will have some sort of an argument onto how "broken" aim assist is.
Currently, you're just complaining for the sake of complaining with literally zero evidence to support your claim of "aim assist is broken". You can define things all you want, doesn't mean during game play that is happening. So like I said, there is no such thing as "0ms reaction time" 😂 the player STILL NEEDS TO AIM. The game is not aiming for them 😂 its very well documented. - 3 years ago
@SolitaryMassacreAs before the problem with your video is that we don’t see your input, if person shifts his movement to the left and you pull further to the right then clearly you will overwrite the aimassist input… we really don’t need to debate this at all anymore I play with controller myself I know what it does I see it on my own games and I see exactly how much it pulls towards target… don’t know why you try to pretend it’s nonexistent when every soul with common sense understands what makes it so strong.
You can literrly go into shootingrange and stand infront of a bot let it strafe and you strafe and if you are close enough it will literrly turn your character loli can actually give you alc settings where you have to really fight against aimassist to get off target. Yet you are here pretending it doesn’t do something it’s crazy to me I really wanna know your settings

@matzesingt
Here, all I am doing is strafing, not a SINGLE amount of aiming is done for me nor on my own: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yOhmZB9QLmM
So your argument of "I don't know your input" is basically irrelevant. Secondly, your statement: "will overwrite the aimassist input" is you 100% admitting to aim assist NOT aiming for you if the "input" can be overwritten. But still, if you watch the rampart move and me strafe, there is NO aiming being done. I don't "pretend" to act like its nonexistent. I know it exist, but my argument has and always will be its not "broken" like y'all claim it to be and my evidence is very strong with or without knowing the input. And since you love common sense so much, why couldn't you use common sense and go "oh aiming past the enemy doesn't make sense. They are trying to hit their target, not miss."
Not to mention there are times in my video where it is obvious I am not touching the aiming stick and simply strafing and still the cursor doesn't move lol. You're being ignorant.
Yes, I have seen and mentioned in my replies about people being STATIONARY and seeing the cursor move from aim assist. But last time I checked, this is not the same scenario in game lol. It definitely does not remove gun recoil or predict where the enemy is going to be if they are moving. You use very unrealistic examples to "prove" your case. Which i've mentioned before, show me actual in game footage where the player is continuously hitting their shots because of aim assist. Yet you never do.
I get why you don't want to argue this anymore as if you continue to choose ignorance you will always "be right". And that makes you feel good. I'm approaching this from an objective standpoint using evidence to carry my argument. You and the other person simply make statements on how I'm wrong yet provide no actual gameplay evidence to support yourself.EDIT: My settings aren't just the alc settings in game. I use DS4Windows to adjust my settings as well. I can't get the response time I like with just the ALC settings. I asked for a change to them but it never got any attention.
