Pretty much what @Piabetic said. I don't want Octane to go even higher in pick rate. He's already very high up, any higher and you pretty much have one octane in every team. We should instead focus on making the least picked characters more interesting to use. Because diversity is what should make this game unique. If everyone uses the same legends, where is the fun in that?
@Peri_Longbow_plz I don't mind if every team has an Octane, I just want every legend to be fixed. I like defeating Octane it makes me feel good
