@Tperodactyl I think there are a lot of things Octane needs. For one, I think his stim should give a 10% damage reduction. Adrenaline and stuff, his body should be more durable. I honestly also think the Stim should heal rather than damage. He's inducing his performance-increasing fluids into himself, which should also affect his regen. So it should heal 20 health rather than removing them. Furthermore, he's too easy to hit. His hitbox should be halved. Also his hipfire accuracy should be the same as ADS. /s
Short answer: No. He's overused, I've seen him enough, I'm done seeing the same things over and over again in every match. Play something else for once. He doesn't need a buff, he needs a nerf if anything.

@Peri_Longbow_plz lol you have to be on the spectrum to think octane needs a nerf. he is not a good legend one bit

Speed is key. If you have speed, you have power. Rush in, shoot, rush out with no one able to keep up. Why do you think are most popular characters mobility based, and those who are usually slow are low in pick rate? A knuckle Cluster does nothing if your enemy is 2 mountains ahead of you.- @Peri_Longbow_plz Wattson is, was powerful, Caustic was powerful, Lifeline was powerful.
Speed is key?- @XLnarrator Caustic was powerful against people who pushed you through your gas. Wattson is and was powerful only because of her Pylon. The rest of her kit is mediocre. Lifeline is small and nimble alongside with an overpowered passive. By now her role as a support character is a bit better though.
Octane has a high chance of getting away. Valkyrie has a high chance of getting away. Pathfinder has a high chance of getting away. My prime choice for Battle Royale is either of these 3. Kills are secondary, my primary goal is survival and winning. I can do it perfectly with these 3.

never. get rid of the damn stim. no ability in this game should damage you. he needs a rework
