Getting shot stops you from sliding

Getting really sick of going to slide and either sliding 4 inches or going from a full run into a crouch, idk why getting shot would make it so my character would either lose momentum or deter them from sliding and instead convince them self to sit there crouched and take even more shots.

    this problem seems to be related to the SPRINT-toggle-PROBLEM. We NEED HOLD TO SPRINT. (PC)

    late reply ik but im on xbox, think they should just try ad fix the issue instead of making it a hold, holding down the stick while you run is annoying
