GIBBY IS BROKE
Gibraltar is literally broken. Beginning game, he is way too powerful, soooo much fun landing then seeing a big ol gibby right with you as he swipes one of the 300 Mozambiques from you.

Gibby's Gun Shield is back to 50 and I'm winning my fights against him in a 1 vs 1 now. I still get out gunned sometimes but now his Gun Shield breaks much faster when you deal the 50 damage.
Depends on your weapon loadout too. Havoc will break it in 3 shots, G7 2, EVA can once again break it in shot (63 damage) instead of 2, prowler 1 burst or 4 bullets.
It's balanced. Plus snipers will break it in one bullet instead of 2.
