Go play Caustic and tell me again that Gibraltar is the worst character in the game.
In general, the colossi - Caustic, Gibraltar and New Castle have screwed up the game by adding a lot of moves like Ash and Sparrow have.
The colossi with their movement are in a lost position right away.

Such a giant has a huge hit box and additionally slowed movements, thanks to which it is not only very easy to hit him and keep the crosshair on him, but also very easy to catch up with him.
This -15% less damage with such a low TTK does nothing. It's laughable.
Ash, for example, has a very small hit box on the sides, and can also do many things at once, not to mention her move, which finished off the other characters who don't have it at all.
Ash can't be caught up with her and she can't be run away from. The rest of the characters, mainly the giants (but not Gibraltar himself) are definitely behind.
Caustic is a more offensive and versatile legend than Gibraltar. Why? Because of his tactical ability. The only way for Gibraltar to be offensive is by waiting for his ultimate to charge "and by the time it’s ready, you’re probably already back in the lobby" and being in an open space. Caustic’s ultimate can be used both indoors and outdoors where it’s even more effective and his tactical can deal damage in any way.
Caustic is better in the early game, while Gibraltar performs better during the final moments of a match.
You're right facing an Ash is almost always a losing battle. She has everything: damage, evasion, speed, escape tools, and the ability to chase you down. Honestly, I hate that legend, but I don't mind if she stays the way she is.
However, something needs to be done to make other legends more viable.
What changes do you think could make Caustic a better legend? I’d love to hear your ideas.
For example, I have an interesting idea for Gibraltar:
What if his Dome Shield converted the damage it absorbs "from bullets, grenades, or enemy abilities" into a temporary shield boost for teammates inside the dome?. A bar would appear, granting bonus shield for a limited time, depending on the amount of damage absorbed and the duration/impact frequency within a mid-range window.
I would agree with the first sentence only if the gas did significantly more damage than 4-5-6...dmg and if its barrels weren't so easy to destroy.
Currently everyone walks through the gas and easily destroys its tactical ability. The gas doesn't do any damage.
At least you have a powerful ult, and Caustic's ult is enough that it takes a long time to charge, so it is completely harmless for two reasons
- Gas no longer slows down
- The game ends at 2/3 ring, because since s24 we have 20x Ash on the map, which quickly move troops to areas where fighting is taking place
