@BAIRI_NEW If you want the Bangalore Heirloom the only way to get it is to unlock heirloom shards from either opening an apex pack or by getting them from the 500th apex pack that is guaranteed to contain heirloom shards
One other way to unlock it is to wait for them to add another collection event where the prize for purchasing all 24 event packs is 150 heirloom shards but this is very rare and has only happened 2-3 times
