@hayhor I'm not going to walk around the map holding the knife in my hand until Im ready to throw it and no gun fight would allow you to do that. You need to quick throw them that's the whole point of a throwing knife. Okay any other game with a throwing knife and you'll see it's a quick throw not this long drawn out "bow" shot.
@chiefthunderballI never said to run around holding the trigger to throw the knife. The main trick I've found is to pull back, quickly aim and then let go. If you aim then pull you miss most of the time because the enemy is moving and there is an animation. Slowing down a bit when you have the knife means more than spamming it and hoping for a lucky throw.
