hacked and banned

besides the message i sent 2days ago , my apex lengends account still banned . i wonder if i can do anything else such as send another appeal for it ? because i think the reason about the ban is the hacked , maybe eahelp have other reasons , i don't receive the first ban e-mail and not know the reason , can you give me some advice?

Over the past two hours, I've tried to access the live support page, but every time it redirects me to the email submission page (which gives me a bit of hope but also makes me anxious). I hope you can offer me some advice.

I fortunately received a response from eahelp today. The email instructed me to contact live support through eahelp, but I can't access live support via eahelp as it shows "Error 500: Internal Server Error". Should I wait or send another email to ask about the next steps?

The penalty page is generally going to show EA account-wide actions and not all in-game actions may show up there, sorry for the confusion. It sounds like the team has not yet completed their review of this situation if you're still seeing the ban in-game and have not yet heard back on your current appeal.

If you're trying to check the status of a case, you should be able to do so through your case history page here rather than trying to submit a new case. 

I'm afraid we aren't able to provide a specific ETA here on the forums as that will depend on how many other cases the Terms of Service team is working through before getting to yours, but it does look like your current case was transferred and is still active. Once the status updates at the link above, you should be hearing back from the team with their findings. Thanks for the patience in the meantime.

Today, I noticed that my violation record has disappeared. So I logged into my Apex account, only to find it’s still banned. The case I previously submitted via customer service has been pending for nearly a month. However, EA Help doesn’t allow me to submit a new case through customer service or email to check the progress—when I click the submit button, it just redirects me back to the EA Help homepage with no further response. Could you please provide any appeal suggestions?

slpk2077​ Usually it takes 3-5 business days, (but it can take longer), sadly I don't have an exact ETA on exactly how long it will take.

Fortunately, after verification, the hacker hasn't hacked my account again. However, my Apex account has been banned, and the appeal has been pending for more than ten days. During this time, I have had to only play LoL with my friends. Since I love playing Apex with my classmates and have spent a lot of money on it, this makes me extremely anxious about the appeal.
