If you live in a mosquito infested area and you're constantly dealing with mosquitoes flying into your house and stinging you, do you catch them one by one and put them outside where they can just fly back in?  Hopefully not.

A sane person would either get a screen, mosquito repellent, bug spray, a bug zapper, etc.  

Same thing with hackers.  You're just throwing them outside.  They walk right the eff back in and keep on stinging.  What you need is a proper repellent/deterrent for them.  

Do y'all take the reports seriously?  Maybe. 

But are y'all taking this entire cheating situation seriously is the real question.
