This situation would definitely be pretty concerning, so I wanted to try and clarify what's happened here.
Just to be clear, it's definitely not possible for anyone to be unbanned without going through our Terms of Service team.
It looks like that's what happened in this case. I'm showing an email explaining what you'd need to do to regain access to the account was sent out about 17 days ago, though it sounds like that may have been missed.
Since that was resolved pending an action on your end, the case was closed at the time. With the more recent contact, an additional appeal would have been closed as a duplicate since the situation had already been resolved, pending that last action on your end.
If you're still unable to access the account, I'd recommend going through all the security steps here before reaching back out to an advisor.
hey bro.. i litery have the same situacion.. but not hacked when used from my son.. i banned permently,i try to explain the situacion and not work.. and i try many things to text EA but nothing..can i ask you now can you help me about this pls, i play whole life fps games and never cheat..now i have 8 years old son and he install some program for his little games and that happend..

If your account has been banned, please reach out to our Terms of Service team with these steps.
We're unable to review these on the forums, and as discussed earlier in the thread an appeal through our Terms of Service team will be the only way to have an action reviewed. These cannot be removed by anyone else.
