He sucks because in the new ranked gameplay being an offensive legend is a disability and shouldn't be used so people avoid playing balistic because he has 0 agility. There is no meaning in risking a battle anymore because kills are worth 0 points and nowadays with the bug not even when you do score kills award you any points for it even though you are top 5.
They seem to have two seperate divisions not communicating, one that designed Balistic a fighter legend all out going for kills and then the division removing combat from the ranked system
