I agree with you completely. volt SMG fire spread is overkill and it is much more consistent, but havoc is a rifle that has horizontal spread!!??? this is very stupid. havoc is worse than volt smg for mid range shooting while havoc is the rifle! which means it is the one that has to be good in mid range not the volt.
havoc should feature lower fire rate with more consistent shoots without turbo charger. this completely fixes the overkill damage it has over time.
also rampart should not need turbo charger for the devotion.
