Havoc Rifle is TERRIBLE

Why is there a charge time to get the Havoc rifle shooting???  The Volt can just fire immediately and, well, its f-ing good.  If the Havoc didn't have such a long charge-up time, maybe it would be a ...

The Select-Fire/Alternate fire is a pretty sweet mid-long range sharpshooter that you can't quite get from any other gun though? That's not touching on the base Havoc- I know, but, that's one plus that I really enjoy about the gun though. I rarely see people use it sadly... It deals a decent amount of damage and since it's an instant beam, it's easy to land the shots.

    My aim is for some reason considerably worse with select fire Havoc than Charge rifle, even with the same 4x sight... can figure out why. Must be the slow effect the initial hit with the charge rifle causes or maybe the hitbox of the beam is thinner or just me who isnt used to the charge up time or something. But you are right that it SHOULD be more used since its actually pretty OP to be able to dash out 60 body shot/90 hs with hitscan on 4x range, 9 shots on purple mag.
