I was confused on how the new 2 heirloom pack bundle in the store worked, i was under the impression that I got to choose at least one of the heirlooms and the other one was random, it wasn't explained well and I'd like my shards back instead.
Is there a way to refund heirlooms back to heirloom shards? i feel scammed..
During the black friday event week theres an offer for "2 heirloom packs" for the price of 150 heirloom shards, i thought this would mean you would get 2 packs of heirloom shards but apparently you jiust get two random heirlooms. i DID NOT want that. Can EA refund the random heirlooms and give me my shards back? i honestly feel very scammed as theres no clear indicator that its random.

What happens when the bug occurs? i got an ariloom, went to the store to buy a new airloom so i get to and then when i was going to pick my new airlooms the game just picked them for me.
What should be happening instead? i should be abel to pick my own airlooms so i can get what i want.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? get ariloom shards buy the 150 airloom shards and get 150+150 airloom shards

@SunnyMiata Sadly, it cannot be refunded.
Also, prior to buying the pack, it does say at the top that it would pull from the pool of all unowned Heirlooms, (which means it would be random).
Quote from the in-game Apex Legends store:
- "Guaranteed one Heirloom not already owned. Heirloom item is drawn from the pool of heirlooms not already owned".
