Right!? It’s one thing to have one legend counter another for their kit. Like, fuse or Maggie are solid counters for rampart or caustic, but to alter a weapon…. A SUPER common, easily accessible weapon, that can basically neutralized all controller kits just ruins the game! Plus, the cool down for the EMP and the ammo use are a joke! You can spam that EMP for days and completely counter a rampart for practically no cost! Like, why would I play rampart if her defining playstyle is completely nullified by a weapon!?!? It’s not about running into your “counter” it’s that EVERY person in the game now has the ability to neutralize your entire playstyle!
