I didn't say I applied for a refund, I said my bank account was indeed debited, maybe I used the wrong word and you misunderstood me, I'm sorry for that, because English is not my main language.

Ah I see, in that case I'm sorry for the misunderstanding.
Sadly enough, if that is the case, I would lack the proper knowledge to help you.
In that case we might have reached a dead end as I and others cannot help you on these forums.
Your best choice would be to try contacting the TOS team again, though if it is their final decision then you're better off leaving the TOS team be.
Maybe someone else can help you on another platform, though so far it seems like this is going to be permanent.
