Hidden MMR makes solo queue unbearable. (RANKED ARENAS)

Hidden MMR, the rank that the game gives you based on your performance is unreliable when it comes to solo queueing ranked arenas. 

Like many, I have experienced the misfortune of not being able to always play with a full party or full squad pre-made. This leads me and many others to solo queue. 

I'll play a game against lower-skilled players or similarly skilled players depending on my MMR, but no matter what, the odds are typically against the solo. 

If I'm playing against lower-skilled players, I'm somehow 75% of the time playing a 1v3. I'm a team player, I hit rezes, I get the most damage and kills, and yet I'll still lose the game. Some cases are when I can carry my team out of it. I'm scoring 10+ kills, living the longest, and getting 2-5.5k damage.

The punishment continues when I get docked -20 to 30 AP for a loss. Also, it's going to take me 20+ games like this for me to fix my MMR, get to a match where I'm playing against people of or above my skill level, with STILL lower-level teammates. Then, If I win a couple of matches, I'm still stuck with 12 AP. Sometimes I don't even get the win streak bonus after winning 5+ games in a row. 

Here's the kicker, If I lose ONE GAME, my MMR goes back down and I'm stuck in a loop. 

I'm Platinum 1, stuck between Diamond 2 and Plat. 

If this whole time I'd been Queuing with Platinum players and playing against platinum players, I'd be in Diamond, and if then I'd be queued with players of the same rank, all 6, (which isn't too much to ask) Then I wouldn't have this problem. I'd have decent teammates and decent opponents. Why must your good and loyal players be punished and forced to carry less committed players?

How am I supposed to continue ranking up If I have to go on a flawless 15+ win streak and carry my teammates?

I'm not just coming to you with a complaint. I and many others have suggested solutions.

Lower the favored- win game loss stat. 

Let me queue with players of my rank. THIS IS A NO BRAINER

I have to party up to actually play in plat lobbies at times.

If you listen to none of this, at LEAST give me forgiveness when it comes to MMR. The reset is far too drastic.

Let me lose 3 or more games before you decide to place me with absolute potatoes for teammates.

Otherwise Ranked Arenas just isn't worth playing. Especially since the exploit used during the first half of the season still is going unpunished, while everyone else who played regularly gets punished for their doings. You guys have to think this through.
