Higround Sweepstakes Rules Question

So the rules for the currently ongoing Higround Sweepstakes say that to enter you need either a Steam or an Instagram Account. But under "4.  Winner Selection and Notification" it says that "Potential winners will be notified on or about February 10, 2025 by direct message on Instagram to the social media account specified in the winning Entry. Participants must have private messages on Instagram open in order to be notified" but it never mentions how winners from Steam would be notified. I assume this is just an oversight in the rules, but I feel like it would be important since this kinda excludes people entering through Steam from being able to win potentially, right?
