How can you report cheater if they are not the one who kill you?

If I suspect a cheater but they are not the one who killed me but instead their teammate then how can I report them? writing the name and report through the website? since I can't spectate the whole ...

Please make it player-friendly to report a suspect. Being able to switch between players within the same team and report after your whole squad was eliminated would not do the game any harm.
