@ZeptikkHue Gib is in no way OP on console I assure you, so any buffs wouldn't break him. His strengths are purely situational and you need a competent squad doing the heavy lifting at close to mid ranges for him to be of any use since his biggest weakness is not being able to dodge shots like the smaller legends can at close ranges
