Hrm I dont think the crosshair is supposed to behave like that (video)

THIS Literally happened to me last night. Caught my teammate in trios with this weird reticle thing.... and i was recording my gameplay as well!

I think you can still see when someone is spectating you, right? Because the moment i saw it, his character (wattson) stopped, and did a hand wave animation. It was just too coincidental! 

Its weird, because the reticle would jump like that most of the time, and they were hitting their shots. But when it wasn't, or the reticle went hidden i noticed they were doing worse. And their movement sucked so bad! 

Still lost the game. And i was questioning... "how can someone use cheats and still suck at the game???" 

Their overall kills with the character were around 45k. So it was very fishy...
