I contacted EA and they blatantly said its their system that bans and it cannot be unbanned nor looked into. They are so corporate it annoys me. I stated they need to update their system as banning players for reporting harassment and misconduct is morally wrong, especially when money has been spent on said account. If money has been spent, accounts should not be banned. I have played games and in my younger days I would say things I shouldn't and said game would only ban your communication with other players however you were still able to play the game, Dota for example will just perma mute you. I would advise everyone against spending money on this game as they can evidently ban for no reason and lock all your spending's away. Players should be safeguarded against EA's nonsense.
@Ten_JanembaThe rule at hand that was broken is not morally wrong. IMO what morally wrong is someone who puts fellow players in a comfort zone they should not be in. They don't want to play a game to be called names or belittle them. The rules at hand are there to protect its users and reduce a toxic community. Perma mute these days just is not enough for people to finally learn what someone did was extremely wrong and was deserved. I don't feel sorry for those i am gonna play victim people.

Couldnt agree more!! I am not toxic at all and in this instance I was on the receiving end of the racial slurs of which I got banned for for reporting said slurs. Its almost death by association. EA sent me the transcripts of the violation which I cannot obviously post here, but I dont say a word and it is a certain user directing derogatory words at me one after another, I simply reported and got banned. The evidence is blatant.

dude the same thing happened to me with EA, I love apex im just scared that they will ban me for something silly and I will loose games I paid money for.
