I was banned for 14 days man. 72 hours nuttin. I'm just a 40 yr old marine veteran and only play madden games since 1989. I got banned for inappropriate behavior for some kind of 3rd party coin sharing????? I do not share coins or buy nothing but packs and cards off auction. I in no way broke any rules or terms of agreement. I've asked them to explain to me many many times and got nothing but we did internal search and ban stands??????!!!!! We will not respond to you anymore. I've been a lifelong gamer!!! I used to play everything but madden helps best with my ptsd so I've stuck with it always and been here since beginning mut10. I'm so pissed. That's why I'm retiring this year and ea and madden can *!!!
And i'm banned for 10 days just because the guy constantly using horrific obscenities and verbally assaulting to the point it provoked me and wrote him back. And next day i got email that you're banned for 10 days. I raised the dispute and explained all the situation and i also mentioned that i admit i made a mistake so please unban me. And after three days they sent me automated reply without informing what action did they take on that person who startled this. It'll quite fair what they did is right but at other side what they not did was injustice to me. Not only in apex but also unable to play titanfall2.
I'm very disappointed in EA service. And their servers in apex are full of disconnection and lagging.
