I fully agree, my "toxic lvl" for which I got banned was that I wrote to a guy on Apex Arena (F2P game) that was intentionally trolling and being afk , 1 word "*" and my account is permanently banned for this reason, this means access to my Battlefield 1, Need4Speed payback etc....
This is like buying a house, a car, getting a swimming pool and then saying 1 bad word to a bad neighbour and having your property confiscated :D
For sure I or anyone from my community will be spending any $ until they start respecting their customers and actually viewing cases from a proper perspective instead of acting like robots, funniest of all is that most of the "staff" are not even gamers or just casual players that are acting like they are gods when they wanna decide about someone account fate...

Let's say for example that i have the Sims 4 collection on Origin, a game that if the price is the same as Steam gonna set me back 850€.

Great job EA, after you launched EA play i thought that you had finally begun to redeem for all your failures and now you pull this crap off.
