@greyshrimp EA's support usually makes loading the case link impossible. I have cases on game issues, player reports, and things like that. The links *should* load and be like "Hey, this is a possible solution!", "I'm sorry, but we cannot disclose the action taken (if any) on the reported player", etc. Instead, the links play the infinite spinning wheel of death like it's an old Mac laptop.

Same problem as you, downloaded the game on steam to find out that I was banned for some reason, since I had not played the game in months. I have been waiting for a week and half at this point.. I really don't know what else to do.
I have noticed that a lot of people both here and on other websites have been complaining about getting their account banned after trying the game out on steam for the first time. Not sure if there is some kind of correlation, fingers crossed that they will aknowledge this mistake or at least provide some sort of explaination.
