I cant enable gifting

I enabled gifting and I get an email saying congrats you enabled it and on the website where you enable it it says it’s enabled, but in game it says I still need to enable it. I’ve restarted my game and I turned on and off account verification but it still doesn’t work. Any tips or solutions?

    Hey @Ermgaem,

    Were you able to check this page to make sure your account meets all the other criteria as well? It sounds like you've hit the major points but may be worth checking through that info.

    Just to verify, I'd also be sure you restarted your game after re-enabling account verification and not before. If you hadn't had a chance to log out and back in since resetting account verification that'd be worth a shot as well.

    If you're still seeing the same thing after that point, I'd suggest contacting support directly so they can take a look over the account itself for any other issues.

    I found the problem it’s the wrong account but I don’t know how to get into my normal account. I lost the password and I don’t know what the user name is.

    @badcuna Howdy! Gifting was introduced at the start of Season 15 for all users. You first need to enable gifting on your own account, which only you are able to do. Check the link in the response from EA Mako up above, for the requirements and more information about gifting in Apex Legends

    @EA_Mako what does it mean to have an account "in good standing" as that is the only requirement I'm not sure if i'm meeting

    Any resolution on this yet? I'm having the same issues. I play on PC, turned on the login verification. Got the email that it was successful. But gifting is still locked in the game. I was hoping to buy skins as a gift for a bday tomorrow. I tried to contact help and this form is all I can do.
