I can't gift battle pass. Why?

I want to gift battle pass for my friends but i can't select him. Does anyone know how to fix it?  I have coin i checked. She is my frined for months,  When she click on her name in the friend...

I'm trying to process a gift to one of my friends, but it can't be done because it only looks like it's in the process of loading, as if it's making a transaction, I've waited a long time but it's still going on.

does anyone know why this is happening?
