so my brother was playing on the pc and on his first match he got banned for no reason , after a while i played on the same pc and on my first match i got banned too for no reason

You should have received a mail with more information about the ban.
If you feel this ban that this ban was a false positive.
You can appeal this ban by reaching out to the Terms of Service team.

They try to reply within 5 business days, frequently check your mails inbox and social and promotion folders as these mails get sometimes routed to those folders.
