I keep on getting useless teammates and there is nothing i can do to fix it

Yes you can. You can stop playing Apex Legends and switch over to Cold War, a far better gaming product where the random players are at least noticeably more concerned with progression, and the developers actually care about giving you a quality, balanced product as opposed to letting the game be a meta-crutch handicap fest.
