Unfortunately Respawn has been very dual-standard about this one since forever:
- while official game rules state that any 3rd party input, game altering is forbidden = scripts, macros, also at some point they disabled usual culprits like Logitech scripts and reWASD
- at the same time pros like Fade and others were clearly allowed to abuse not only bunny hopping (at some point also healing) but also zipline superjump, superglide, some sort of speed boost, finally allowing Steam controller input which allows to configure turbo input and things like instant 180 tapstrafe etc.
Aka it is ok for streamers, pros (while grinding ranked) to use whatever including hacks, while mere mortals get banned...
