I still can't believe we're dealing with this...

I don't just mean one thing either. Servers dying almost daily, new patches breaking the game, hackers plaguing PC lobbies, matchmaking that my dog could do better than this game, toxic/harassing players with no way to report them because they're on PS4, reporting doesn't do any good because they still play 24/7 disrupting the game with their hacks/toxic behavior, feedback from the community falls on deaf ears, bugs and glitches popping up everywhere...have I missed anything?

Since this season began, some of the issues I've faced:

Loading into a game, it just stays on the loading screen instead of transitioning to the Champion selection screen, so I just get whatever I had as my featured, which, doesn't bother me since I'll play anything, but still annoying not seeing what my team is, what the champion squad is, wondering if I'm even going to load into the game at all...

Thankfully, we have more options to report players, but still no way to report someone just because they're on a PlayStation console, and it just feels like reporting does absolutely no good anyway, so what's the point when I'm still being called or hearing homophobic/racial/other slurs in voice chat or seeing someone pull off a 20+ kill/4000+ damage game with aimbot or other forms of hacking/exploits?

Admittedly, matchmaking in battle royale has improved this season (most of the time anyway), but arenas is still just trash... 200+ people waiting for what feels like hours in a queue, and I'm still left short/other team is short a teammate and/or complete mismatch in skill/experience level (example from the other day: I had someone on my team who told me they just started playing yesterday while I've played practically since the game launched). If it was one or the other, it would be bad enough but understandable (hard to fill a lobby with equally skilled players/going to be sort of mismatched because the game took it's time finding somewhat equal players), but having both a short team and new players playing with/against, no joke, people who are diamond ranked or higher...how do you mess up that badly???

And how about them servers? 3 years, and the game still breaks the moment more than a handful of people try to play it seems... Plus, the constant lag, slow mo, other glitchy, problematic server issues we've all seen and dealt with (failed to load into a game, ERROR: Server timed out! ☹️ ping/lagging off the charts like playing in a server across the ocean, etc.).

I have stepped away from this game multiple times, only to come back hoping something...anything has been fixed to make this game more enjoyable... Sometimes, I can enjoy it, so I stick around, but then I get a moment like this and it's just....why am I here? Why did I come back to this mess?

Heck, why am I even talking about it when one of my issues is that the devs don't ever listen!?
