EAHelp is all over it, won't know the outcome probably for a while but they are looking into it and i appreciate how fast they are going at it.
Regardless of the result the person working on this is being tireless and super nice, super professional.
Don't jump the gun be patient and work with the support teams, i have faith that the issue will be solved regardless of the result.
Will later post an update when the issue reaches conclusion.
