@Baws_Fredgy A Smurf adds to the player count which is kind of a "performance indicator". A Smurf that is also investing money on the char is even more welcome, as are the cheaters that spend a certain amount of money ... you cant just boot them, otherwise it will make an impact on the revenue ... the most important performance indicator for the higher ups at EA, they dont care about smurfs and cheats as long as they pay ...
Not sure that lots of smurfs are paying for their account though...
About the performance indicator, I think, if the sbmm is better the player count will in the end be higher because people won't quit due to a faulty sbmm system.
