Agreed.
Why the * did they remove the option to opt out of crossplay?
Because player numbers on PC are dwindling?
Not that it worked anyway.
@Irres169 I honestly forgot about the hemlock so you got me with that one. That gun is devastatingly effective no matter how you fire it.
@Acumental Im not disagreeing with the 60% thing only pointing out that it conflicted with what was shown in both of the videos I watched.
#1. There's a possibility that console players are so used to AA that they don't notice how strong it is.
#2. There's a possibility that PC players are whining about a feature that they're unfamiliar with but see as a cheat.
Given how often players call something op and how rampant cheating has been on PC I'm willing to bet on #2.

@Irres169I hipfire every gun in this game with great accuracy doing so. It is a very viable thing to know and learn with close combat fights. Aiming down the sight at close combat will 40% of the time just get someone killed.
The recoil pattern from ads to hipfire is not much different. In fact it is much easier to hipfire control then it is aiming down sight.
- @SugaryJuice Yes again you bring the mediocre argument while it is absolutely irrelevant...Im far above an avg M+K player and i still have massive issues to play against cheaters especially when they are legally doing so...
That there are more cheaters on pc than on Console is pretty lackluster argument without any basis... Every single consoleplayer with some kind of strikepack and custom controller with a different button layout is basicly a cheater...And since Respawn does tollerate theese strikepacks and co, i wouldnt be so sure that there are less Console cheaters 😉
Why would you complain about a MK player? They play the game how its meant to be played...Controllers are NOT made for fpsgames and fpsgames are NOT made for consoles...All the inputissues and the "need" of an aimbot prooves the point...
Respawn just tries to pull the biggest possible playernumber, and they do that on the cost of their Pc playerbase and their competetive scene - @matzesingt I agree but you are wasting your time here. Allowing steam and forcing crossplatform is basically Respawn admitting that their game is dying. Some regions are already dead.
Find another game like I am trying to. @Acumental At close range you may switch between hipfire and ADS but you'd need to maintain hipfire to notice any glue effect. If you're saying this effect exists for PC controllers then sure maybe. Doubt it exists on consoles but that's easy to test.
@matzesingt I hate mods on Consoles as well but considering how customizable PC is that seems like a biased complaint.
- @Zamaha400 There are lots of mods for console controllers search for it. They are basically hacks but the worst is XIM. It gives console polayers mouse and keyboard but Apex thinks they are controller so they also get aim assist.
- @Zamaha400 No worries i consider every mousemacro user and co as a cheater aswell
- @matzesingt They are I don't say they aren't
- @Acumental oh i deleted apex the moment they got rid of the option to turn off crossplay... my whole friendlist did the same, if i start origin nowadays out of my 47 friends there like 1-2 are playing the rest did quit cuz of this bs
