I hate hit slow but I think the reason why its in the game because it would be too easy to just run away from superior fighters. I kinda get the idea that the "attackers" or rather "the players who take the initiatives" should have the advantage and if there werent any hit slow, it would be almost impossible to hunt down a fleeing enemy since ADSing and firing makes you go slower whereas running doesnt.
In this game, hit throws are unnecessary.
Even without hit throws, a well-practiced and skillful player can hunt down fleeing enemies, and this will add more depth to the game.
Moreover, without hit throws, the game would be even more boring if the player could do nothing but take a one-sided beating, even in situations where he might be able to regroup and fight back against a surprise attack or an unexpected attack from an unexpected direction.
Hit-throw is reduced to a feature that allows superior fighters to more easily and comfortably defeat their opponents one-sidedly.
This “better fighter can beat the enemy unilaterally” feature should be removed, as should the “Aim Punch” feature that shakes your vision when you take damage to your health, in order to give more depth to the game by making it possible for better fighters to fight back.

Yes like I said; I dont like it either. I was just unbiased and could see the reason why they have it in the game. Haha sometimes I suspect that one reason they have it is because they cant fix the small "prediction error lag" that occurs often when you get hit. I record every game and it happens quite often... If they removed the hit slow, people would still feel like they were slowed if this occured so now they can hide their games faults with this feature =)
